Hope for the Hungry

Let’s feed the community in need.

If you would like to help us serve the community, contact Gail Hartman at 505-797-7107.

The Rock at Noonday

The Rock at Noonday is one of New Mexico’s largest feeding programs for the homeless, serving over 145,000 meals yearly to adults, children, and families. They provide Christian-based ministry to those in need, offering hope to the less fortunate through the gospel of Jesus. Hope has committed to have at least 10 volunteers to serve lunch on the third Friday of each month, as well as consistently donate items such as toiletries and bath linens.

Storehouse New Mexico

Storehouse has designated Hope in the Desert as the “Peanut Butter” church. Parishioners are asked to donate various sized containers of peanut butter and place them in the large donation container in the narthex. Storehouse picks up the collection at the end of each month.
